I build brands that drive revenue and the systems that scale them.

Advisor, Consultant, CMO, CBO.

I’ve spent my career at the intersection of brand, growth, and creative.

Working across companies like ARMRA and Sakara, I’ve seen firsthand how the most successful brands aren’t built through aesthetics alone, or performance alone, but through the combination of both.

Early on, I was drawn to the power of brand.
Over time, I became equally focused on how that brand translates into revenue, scale, and real business outcomes.

That dual lens now defines how I work.

I believe most brands today are either:
over-optimized for performance,
or over-indexed on image.

Very few do both well.

The ones that do are clear in what they stand for, and disciplined in how they grow.

That’s where I focus.

My work sits across positioning, creative direction, and go-to-market, always with the goal of building brands that resonate deeply and perform commercially.

Because the strongest brands don’t just look good. They move people. And they move businesses forward.

Rebecca Sollinger, CMO

Background

Rebecca Sollinger is a brand and growth executive who has spent her career helping companies scale with clarity, conviction, and commercial rigor.

She has led brand transformations across some of the world’s most influential consumer, technology, and wellness brands—working both as a trusted consultancy partner and as an embedded executive. This dual perspective allows her to see what many leaders miss: how brand, culture, product, and performance must work together if a business is going to grow sustainably rather than episodically.

Most recently serving as Chief Brand Officer at high-growth wellness company ARMRA, Rebecca rebuilt and scaled the brand and marketing organization at speed, overseeing end-to-end brand, DTC, retail, content, and growth during a critical expansion phase.

Across her career, she has partnered directly with founders, CEOs, boards, and executive teams to re-architect brands, unlock stalled growth, and drive nine-figure impact inside complex, fast-moving businesses. Her work spans global enterprises and modern challenger brands, including Google, Meta, Tiffany & Co., Estée Lauder, Qantas, and category-defining wellness companies.

Rebecca is known for a leadership style that blends creative instinct with financial discipline. With an early foundation in finance and deep experience owning P&L and operating models, she brings a business-first lens to brand—never losing sight of profitability, execution, or scale.

She is most energized working with ambitious founders and executive leaders who believe brand is not decoration, but a growth engine: a strategic asset capable of building trust, accelerating demand, and creating lasting enterprise value.
